Developer’s way
My first lines were born in 2009 when I was 19 years old. It was in a programming lesson at the National University of Shipbuilding. In university, I was learning embedded electronics – most of the time I developed firmware for AVR and STM controllers and hardware for them.
This learning area includes study the following programming courses:
- programming for Windows (C++);
- web programming (PHP, HTML, CSS, JS);
- microcontroller programming (AVR, STM32);
When I finished university, in 2014, I started a war in Ukraine. The economy fell down. Ukrainian Hrivna was depreciated by about 50%. This hard time I made a couple of projects (1, 2) to order for local customers. Local business was feeling down and it was hard to continue working in this direction.
One day my friend proposed to me to try working as a web developer in a local outsource company(RedCat). Tried and liked. In August 2014, I started changing my occupation to web development.
In a year I got a job in Insign, where I figured out a good workflow of projects: git, code review, local\staging\live servers.
In December 2015 I started my freelancer career.
In 2022 I moved to Bielefeld, Germany. In 2023 registered BaVi company there.
